Things I Do Daily For Good Physical & Mental Health

I avoid sugar as much as possible for overall body and dental health.

Eat plenty of fruit and veg for obvious reasons but my favourites are apples, not for taste but because it reduces hunger cravings.

I drink a lot of water to stay hydrated and get me through my day! Our bodies are 90% water, dehydration leads to multiple health conditions.

I workout most days and walk everyday to keep limber, flexible and reduce the risk of serious health conditions. This not only makes me feel good but look good too which makes me so much more confident!.

Try to get as much sun as possible, exposure to sunlight releases the brains hormone serotonin, making you feel happier and calm.

Stretch and meditate as often as I can, stretching helps me recover from working out and helps keep me flexible, meditating helps me keep calm and focused. Both make me feel energised.

Read 30 pages of a book a day or listen to an audio book, I always say if your not earning you should be learning, I love to learn new things and books are a great way of doing that!

Say my gratitudes, knowing what your thankful for, what’s going well in your life by reflecting on each day can change your whole view on life. Having that different perspective makes each day more and more positive.

Get a good nights sleep, this is so important for so many reasons including a boost in your immune system, better focus, more energy, increase in performance and it even improves your memory!

Now go to bed and start your day fresh tomorrow!

Thanks for reading 😊
