  1. See the sun, have the curtains and maybe windows open, take breaks from work outdoors, the sun increases levels of serotonin (mood boosting hormone, can make you calmer)
  2. Meditate
  3. Yoga
  4. Stretching
  5. Running
  6. Dog walking
  7. Home workouts - separate list
  8. Make things / DIY crafts
  9. Watch movies
  10. Catch up of Netflix series
  11. Clear through photos/albums/hard drives
  12. Clean all the rooms, hard to reach spots, behind furniture
  13. Re-organise shelves, drawers and cupboards
  14. Draw, paint, colour
  15. Make DIY items out of recyclable materials
  16. Sort through clothes and donate to charity/sell at cash for clothes
  17. Food prep for a few days e.g. make a big lasagne!
  18. Make flavoured ice cubes
  19. Bake desserts!
  20. Read books
  21. Write a diary
  22. Write a blog
  23. Sort through stuff and sell online
  24. Read magazines
  25. Play games (Xbox etc)
  26. Play board games
